  • What is your shipping policy?
    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. (Terms & conditions applied)
  • Do you have any Return Policy?
    We do not have any return policy, however, in case of damage of the product during transit, you can contact us within 24 hours and we will assist you accordingly. Please note, that no assistance will be provided after 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • How should I care for my jewellery pieces?
    As stainless steel is a hypoallergenic metal and some of our jewellery is waterproof, sweat-proof, anti-tarnish and hypoallergenic. You can simply put them in the jewellery box provided. But the products which are not waterproof, ~ Make sure to keep the jewellery away from sharp objects and friction as it will scratch the jewellery. ~To increase the longevity of the product make sure to always wipe your jewellery with a muslin cloth and thereafter store it in our provided boxes. ~Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes as it will affect the longevity of the product. Also, you can keep the jewellery in the box provided by us. .
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the email with all the tracking details to follow your order to the delivery address.
  • Can I cancel my order after making the payment?
    Unfortunately we do not offer any cancellation after we have received the payment. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.
  • What if I receive a damaged /wrong product?
    All of our items are carefully packaged. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged during transit, we will take required actions for which an UNBOXING VIDEO (unedited) is necessary within 18 hours of receiving the shipment. Mail us at Please note that we won’t be able to take any required actions after the given time frame. Note:- We do not provide any exchange or return on damage of free products.
  • Can I change my address once the order has been placed?
    If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to make any changes thereafter. Please double check all addresses/ phone number/ Pincode before placing an order.
  • What if I receive an empty package?
    We are extremely sorry to hear that you have received an empty package. This can happen either on account of tampering by the delivery personnel or an operations error at our end. Regardless, if you receive an empty box, please reach out to us on with an unboxing video (unedited) within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please note that we won’t be able to take any required actions after the given time frame.
