An exchange will only be issued if the product is faulty or the wrong product has been sent from our end. If the product gets damaged while in transit, then kindly email us on sabaratnamofficial@gmail.com

~Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product
~Add an unboxing video.
~Make sure to mail us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
~After the analysis, return delivery will be initiated from our end.
~Make sure to send the product(s) in the exact same box.
~A exchange of the product will be done within 10-12 working days depending on the availability of the product.

If in case, a refund needs to be initiated, the refund will be processed within 15-20 business days.
Note:- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video in which the label/bill is clearly visible and there should not be any cuts or edits. If you fail to make one or report to us within 24 hours then there shall not be any actions taken from our end.
