For Standard Shipping, you will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from when it is shipped, not from when it is placed.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds in case of a change of mind of the customers. Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end and supported by proof from the customers.
